PS:ignore the needles coming out of them, observe the spongy like soul, thoughs are confotable and im sure theyre good for your feet, you can try OLD NAVY*S sandals too

Reply:I have recently been to the foot doctor, and he flipped out because of the type of flip flops i was wearing! One of his nurses showed me a pair she had that had a gel part on the heel of the shoe for extra comfort and the rest of the sole was very soft! I found a pair very similar to hers and they are wonderful!! If you know what to look for, you will find it!

I would suppose if they had decent arch support they would be better for your feet. But I don't know if those are the ones that you are wearing "all da time." Ugh.
Reply:ALL flip flops can damage your feet.- even the gel or Havanians. They cause heel pain, blisters, and clawing of toes gripping the bottom, which leads to more problems.


I advise alternating flip flops with sandals, tennis shoes, espadrilles, and slip ons. Barefoot, at home or on the beach is good, too.
Reply:suede flip-flops are real comfortable. just choose flip-flops that aren't as thin, and your feet won't have any problems, because i wear flip-flops everywhere, too. the sponge-like material ones are also good (as suggested by the person above me), but i haven't seen them in stores so far.
Reply:Try Havanians! They're wicked! They're so comfortable, light weight and flexiable ... so they go with the shape of you're foot and they come in every color possibe. Also they're inexpensive so it's a great win! Oprah even recommends them!
