Any tips for cleaning Old Navy flip flops?

I have a bunch of those Old Navy 2 for 5 flip flops. I love them but they seem to get filthy faster than other flip flops. I can't afford to replace them every week, even if they are only 2.50. Right now I use landry detergent and a nail brush to scrub them clean, but it takes a lot of scrubbing to clean them. Does anyone have any tricks for getting them clean easier?

I like to use the Mr Clean Erasers on mine for a quick clean. Also try using like Dawn dish detergent, you still have to scrub but it does a pretty good job at cutting through the dirt.
Reply:Use Fantastic. Spray the flip flops outside on the porch. Let the solution soak in for 5-10 minutes. Use a scrub brush on the really dirty areas. Rinse with clean water and dry.
Reply:The oxyclean powder. I use it for all of my shoes. It has directions on the mixing solutions and just takes a couple minutes. I dip a toothbrush into the mixture of water and oxyclean, and scrub the shoes. (doesn't take hard or much scrubbing at all). I follow it by a dry cloth. I love it! Hope this helps!
Reply:Anything that involves feet means germs or bacteria . Either bronze them if you like them or toss them, but do not wear them unless you like some sort of fungal growth on your feet
Reply:baking soda, water and a old toothbrush
Reply:! send them through the dishwasher, and while they are still wet and warm fromthe wash I scrub them with a stiff brush and a bit of detergent, powdered seems to work best. This seems to work without too much elbow grease.
