Girls, do you walk around in flip flops all day?

just wondering, because many high school girls nowadays seem to be rocking the slob look.... they wear some of the grossest and most discolored flip flops known to man...the classic look are the white old nav flip flops, smeared in black foot prints...why do these girls go around like this...is it attractive??

I wear flip-flops but not with the stains, I clean mine!

i can't wear them dirty to school or anything.

and girls dont always want to spen hours on how they look.

its comfortable. and we feel fine it its so, who cares.


girls nowadays dont care as much of what others think of them.
Reply:I love my old navy flip flops (not in white though because the icky sweat stains disgust me) especially aorund the house, mostly because I can't yet justify twenty dollars on the leather ones.

my school hasn't started wearing flip flops because its cold out (i live in ny)


but last summer thats all anyone wore, they'll probably start wearing them again when it gets hot out, if they're gonna wear white once they should atleast bleach them so they dont look filthy
Reply:i wear flip flps but mine dont look like that. i keep mine clean. and i usually avoid ones that could get dirty

i hate for mine to get dirty BUT they do very easy and most of us dont have the money to go buy a new pairs all the time





i think that if you wear flip flops alot then u have an understanding of there dirtytness and thats why they are accepeted people KNOW lol

If you're going to wear flip flops, you have to get well made leather ones (no rubber, please) in gold or some skin-tone flattering color. The ones with polished wood looking soles are nice.
Reply:no not really. i would only do that if they were really really really comfortable.but thats pretty much it. plus i think it still cold outside so i wear nornal shoes.
Reply:i dont think they really try to wear dirty sandals...i think they just get that way. the flip flops start out cute but then they wear them WAYY to much and get them dirty. i only know this because of my own experience...lol?;]

Reply:I don't wear flipflops all day because people step on your feet in the school hallway and it doesn't look good if you're wearing a classy outfit! I do have my classic old navy flip flops though, I wear those to my friends house or to the pool etc.

the ones that do obviously dont wash them.
Reply:i guess they just want to be comfortable..unless you have a boyfriend or want to impress the one you like..there is really no need to get all dressed up for right?
Reply:Hell no its not attractive yet so many people do it. I should ask some people why the do it....hrmm..
