Check the Email addy you signed up with. When you redeem points they usually send out a My Coke Rewards - Points Redemption Notification email and have the link and instructions in there.








I redeemed points for a movie rental and I got the link to my coupon in my email even though I followed the directions and printed it from the site at that moment.
