I bought my first pair of flip flops today and i dont understand how people can walk in them?

if you walk like a normal person they fall off. is there some secret trick to walking in flip flops? do you have to drag your feet or something? are they supposed to hurt between your toes?


i see so many people wearing these things and they act like there the most comfortable "shoes" there is so i figured id give them a shot but im starting to think maybe the only thing good about them is you can be lazy and just step into them.


tell me how to walk in flips flops!

I feel your pain...I felt the same for years then I found that if they hurt, it's probably because the piece that goes between your toes is too big (or if plastic it might have a weird edge cut out), try flip flops with a cloth piece in between or a smaller piece...don't do plastic (try leather); They shouldn't hurt when you try them on. if the size is perfect for your feet, then they shouldn't fall off either (I experienced it with a bigger size flip flop),and you can walk them better than slippers; don't give up on them, when you do find the right pair, you will love them..I promise!

Some flip flops can hurt in between your toes, but once you wear them a lot, you can't tell anymore





A lot of people do drag there feet with the flip flops, but the sound is annoying





If you end up not liking them, oh well a lot of people don't wear them

all of my friends and i agree that flipflops on guys are an automatic turn-off.
Reply:Flip flops take a while to get used to. Wear them around the house for a couple days, and before you know it, you will love them! In summer, flip flops are all I wear!

yea i bought a pair of flip-flops like 3 summers ago for when i was in the gaeltacht and i ended up having to be carried my piggy back back to the house my feet were hurting me so much!


where flats theyare so much cuter and nicer and way more comfotable!
