where and when do people take off flip flops during the day other than bedtime and at home?

I do wear them and take them off during the day if I'm at home. If I have them on at work I usually leave them on it's supposed to be "business casual" and walking around barefoot is frowned upon.
Reply:i take mine of when i walk on some soft grass or go into someone else's hous just to be polite but it dosent realy matter that much just as long as your comfortable

Reply:i used to do this in the library till one day the moderator came and said no no this is not a good thing to do. other places - in the park on a green grass - the feeling is great.
Reply:The best part of wearing flip flops is they can be kicked off when you stand or sit.
Reply:I don't take them off when I'm walking around in them.





If I lived anywhere near a beach (which I don't) I suppose I would take them off at a beach or swimming pool.
