American Eagle flip flops at Payless?? =/?

Okay, I dont want to sound rude, but me and my cousin went in a Payless shoe store to look around. We saw some American Eagle flip flops. So I%26#039;m wondering, are they real or fake? Does anyone know or think, if they%26#039;re either real or fake? I%26#039;m just curious.

They are American Eagle shoes, but not American Eagle Outfitters. If you%26#039;ll notice, the logo is different. They have similar names, but they%26#039;re not the same brand.

Reply:i was wondering the same thing. i actually put some thought into it, theres no such thing as a %26quot;fake shoe%26quot; its just that companies copy ideas from other companies. but the deal with american eagle is i just think their two SEPEREATE companies but they just have the same name. but c%26#039;mon they have a different logo, unless american eagle from payless just a cheaper version of the real one even if its not the same product.





take for example: issac maria...[sp?] he has he%26#039;s own line but he also designs for target, it doesnt make he%26#039;s products fake.

Also, the clothing store is called American Eagle OUTFITTERS and the payless shoes are just American Eagle.
Reply:They%26#039;re real, but it%26#039;s made by a TOTALLY different company then the company that sells AMerican EAgle Outfitters clothes. They have a differnt logo, different models, and it%26#039;s not evne their style. AEO sells their clothes shoes in store and on their own website, but not in PAyless. So yes, the shoes are real, but they%26#039;re not the authentic AEO ones.

Reply:Last I heard, American Eagle Outfitters is actually in the process of suing Payless.





You would notice that their shoes, designs, and styles are different. American Eagle Outfitters sells shoes in their stores that are totally different than the ones at Payless.

Reply:i dont know if they are real. but i have a theory that payless pays american eagle for their brand on their shoes..because if you notice..the shoes and bags at payless arent the ones at the actual american eagle.
