I have flat feet and its a long walk to my pool and i hate wearing socks and shoes on the way there so i wear flip flops but normally my feet and ankles end up hurting.
So do rainbows have a lot of support?

No, Rainbows do not have a lot of support (more than most though). But, they are by far the most comfortable and durable flip-flops out there.

to me THEY HAVE ALOT OF SUPPORT and they are extremely comfortable. if you dont know what they feel like, go to pacsun or somewhere where they sell rainbows and try them on.
