In Tampa, people think 65 degrees is freezing but they still wear flipflops.





I would say 54 degrees or lower and flipflops should not be worn.

Reply:Depends on your tolerance for cold. Some girls don%26#039;t mind short skirts in cold weather just to look good. How far would you go? (But then again, flip flops aren%26#039;t that... fashionable. -_-)





By the way, you shouldn%26#039;t wear them too often or at least, don%26#039;t wear them if you%26#039;re going shopping for like a few hours. They%26#039;re usually too flat and provide inadequate support to the arches of the feet so you could end up hurting them.

Reply:Late September in western Washington. It starts to rain a lot and the temperature drops. In other places, like Hawaii, they were flip flops or as they call them %26quot;slippers%26quot; year round.
