Wearing Flip Flops?

I love wearing my flip flops when I%26#039;m not barefoot..anyone out there love showing off your feet?? and getting them dirrty?

i wear them even in the winter.. i love it. especailly since i have a tattoo on my foot. i like to show it off.

Reply:I go barefoot always but I do so for comfort, not to show off my feet. I dislike flipflops almost as much as any other kind of footwear; for me going barefoot isn%26#039;t about showing off my feet or even about letting them air out (although it is definitely nicer than closed shoes), the very most important thing is feeling all the different surfaces underfoot. Rough or smooth, warm or cold, it%26#039;s all different, and walking with even the thinnest sole is like wearing dark glasses to an art show or ear plugs at a concert.





I don%26#039;t mind getting my feet dirty -the skin is made to keep pathogens out and feet are fully washable- but neither do I try getting dirty soles on purpose or check how dirty they are a lot. It%26#039;s just something that happens when I walk barefoot for comfort, no big deal either way.
