Smelly flip-flops?

how do I prevent the thong of my flip flops from smelling like feet?

Dont%26#039; wear them would be the first thing....





Better solution would be to wash them every week or so, soap should do fine, throwing them in the wash isn%26#039;t a bad idea (if you have a good washer and quality flops).





Throw them in the pool might also help... chlorine and all..
Reply:I%26#039;d just wash them. I think the general rule is if you can smell them when they are on your feet and you are standing up, you should wash them. :)

Reply:the ones you have are already toast, when you have your new ones buy the dr. scholls liquid foot treatment that goes on wet and dries like powder and use it EVERYDAY!

Reply:my friend has this foot perfume.. though I don%26#039;t know what it%26#039;s called. she wore flip flops and she put it on. She said it was Vanella Latte sented.

why do they smell so bad?
Reply:Flip flops don%26#039;t last forever! I throw my worn out ones away every summer.

Reply:Wash them w/ dish soap!! It really works... having them smell is just one of the many problems of flip flops...but I love them!! After you wash them just make sure you dry them completly before wearing them!!
