Ladies, I know that those of you who work in an office-type environment like to be comfortable, yet fashionable when it comes to your choice of footwear. But is it ever appropriate to bring as a change of shoes, dirty, well-worn, flip-flops and wear them? I%26#039;m talking about the ones with the visible %26#039;toeprints?%26#039; And ladies, how long do you wear them before the prints start showing?
Are %26#039;dirty%26#039; flip-flops %26#039;appropo%26#039; in the workplace?
Flip-flops are only appropriate in one%26#039;s home or at the beach, never in a work environment. Even brand new flip-flops just won%26#039;t do at all.

Old navy flip flops?
im wondering if the flip flops are of good quality? will it get slippey if i walk on slippery floors. sometimes when it rains i almost fell while walking on the pavements. in other words does it have good friction?
also will the strap be easily broken?

Yeah, they%26#039;re pretty good for the price. They kind of remind me of the J.Crew ones I have, which I think look a little better.
My friend had a pair she wore walking all over Europe for 3 weeks for this church trip we did. They were still as good as new at the end of it.

i was on the old navy website looking for those flip flops that they had like a year ago. the ones that everybody had like a pair in every color. and they were very simple and came in like every color possible. well now they dont have them on their website anymore. and those were the only flip flops i really wore so can someone please tell me where i can find them. If she wants something fun, try one colored bright hued flip flops. If she wants a pattern make sure that it%26#039;s on the base of the flip flop and not on the heel.

Disney Waterparks - Flip Flops?
I have been told that in disney waterparks it is better if you wear flip flops so that your feet don%26#039;t get too hot and worn out walking around. I wanted to know how I can wear them when I want to go around the park going on slides? I can%26#039;t wear them on the slide so how do I get around this problem?
I only want to go to Disney waterparks because I don%26#039;t really like wet n%26#039; wild.
I have been before so I know the general set-up of the parks.
Has anybody got around this problem or does someone have other advice on how to protect your feet.
Disney Waterparks - Flip Flops?
I was at Typhoon Lagoon in May and I was bearfoot the whole time and never had any trouble with my feet. I don%26#039;t remember stepping on any surface that was too hot or uncomfortable. I thought they did a great job of keeping everything clean and cool!

Reply:I always went barefoot, Disney is really good about keeping the pavement cool with the sprinklers and if its hot run a little to get to a cooler place LOL. This way its less stuff you have to tote around with you.

Footwear of any type is unncessary and you%26#039;re going to have to think about what to do with them every time you get ready to go on a slide. They%26#039;ll be far more hassle than what they%26#039;re worth. Barefoot really isn%26#039;t bad at all.
Reply:We wore water shoes, tie on rubber sole net shoes. They were perfect. We never had to take them off and they lasted through all the rides.

However they do have water shooting up from the floor to cool the ground down (sort of like a sprinkler). So it doesnt hurt to wear anything but some parts are really hot. So it wouldn%26#039;t hurt to wear watershoes. But personally it really does not good !

Sick of flip flops??
Anyone besides me? They seem so sloppy, slovenly....I can%26#039;t believe my future sis-in-law is actually going to wear them in her wedding gown!

I heartily agree. When I go out somewhere, I have the decency to dress in clothes and put on shoes, not bathing suits and shower shoes.

I%26#039;ve worn flip flops under prom gowns and no one saw. It%26#039;s a matter of comfort.
