My wife was wearing her Black 3 inch Reef Flip Flops and she twisted her ankle and one strap broke. Can a shoe repair shop fix this? They are brand new and she only wore them that one time.

I'm pretty sure they can! I think she should get them fixed. It will only cost about 3 bucks.
